If you follow Khloe Kardashian on Instagram you’ll notice her constant pictures on the workouts she does. For someone in her celebrity status, it is mandatory for her to work hard to maintain her body and image.
In a recent photo that received thousands of comments, she shared with her followers (and I am one of them) what she called her “water tip of the day”, where she revealed how much water she drinks a day. The number of litters, she expressed, was given to her by her nutritionist and it depends on her weight and how much she works out.
But drinking a lot of water everyday is a challenging endeavor, even Khloe agrees. She wrote in the photo’s caption “But let’s be honest… Water does tend to get boring after a while.”
Indeed, it does. So what does Khloe do to make sure her water is consumed?
She wrote: “So My current obsession is infused waters. Detox water, fruit flavored water, or fruit infused water; infused water can generally be any combination of fruits, vegetables, and herbs immersed in cold water. While infused water has the benefit of being full of flavor, it also has very low to no calories, making it a very powerful tool in your efforts to lose weight and gain better health. “
She added: “Nutrients leak out of the fruit directly into the water. Some nutritionists estimate that you get as much as 20% of the vitamin content of freshly squeezed fruit juice, all without he extra calories or fructose.”
