Getting into a routine

Many people give exercise and dieting a go for a few weeks and then give up because they miss the comfort of fatty foods and the lazy lifestyle. The fact is if you want to lose weight and have the body of your dreams you need to get into a healthy routine and stick to it. When you put together your routine you should make sure that you are not over working yourself physically or mentally, make sure you actually have a taste for the foods you are dieting with, after all there is plenty to choose from.

You should be eating 3 meals every single day that have all different nutrients involved throughout the week. Do some research into dieting or speak to a professional, dieting makes up the 1st part of your weekly routine. The 2nd part of your routine is physical exercise, many people struggle with physical exercise due to the time it takes up or there personality. You should be visiting the gym or doing some sort of physical activity at least 3 times a week to burn of some calories! Not only does this help you lose weight but it keeps your health in a good condition.

The 1st part of your routine will be built up on your diet. Your diet is an important part of losing weight and you should eat three meals a day with all the vital nutrition’s involved. You should construct your three meals a day with the right nutrients but try and keep your daily intake under 500 calories. If you eat less than 500 calories a day, with exercise you can easily lose 2 – 3 pounds a week without any health risking activities like crash dieting.

Dieting is one very important half of losing weight; if you get your dieting wrong then you will not lose any weight. Take some time to speak to a professional, your gym instructor, or even do some research online to find out what is the best option for you when trying to lose weight.

Exercise

The 2nd part of your routine will be built up on exercise. There are several different ways you can exercise your body to shake of the weight you are trying to lose. You can visit your local gym, go on runs around your neighbourhood, or take up a hobby like boxing or badminton for example. The best thing to do is too combine two of these together, so for example visit the gym 3 times a week while playing badminton once a week. Putting together an exercise plan for yourself to lose weight is not over complicated; just participate in 3 or more hours per week of physical exercise. Try not to over work yourself and build up your workload slowly if you don’t usually work out.
